-About me-
I've been interested in the visual aspect of things for most of my life. I've also been really into tech and seeing what I can do and how far I can push the tools and my disposal. I started taking photos in 8th grade with a second hand phone, my photos weren't very good in the beginning but with the support of friends I eventually improved more. I moved on to a better phone before taking a step backwards into a second hand Canon EOS 40D from 2007, this turned out to be one of the best decisions I've ever made.
Taking pictures on a physical DSLR is so much fun and I now rely on it more than my phone which arguably turns out better photos straight out of the camera. But I think that post-processing is as important as the camera lenses and settings that you choose, as the way you edit can determine the whole mood and feel of the photo. I experimented with many styles of editing to see which one fit me best, it's an ever evolving thing but I feel that they only get better each time. I believe that a good picture should convey a feeling or impose a meaningful impression on the viewer and I try to convey how I felt when I took the photo. Getting into photography has inspired me to get out more and explore new things and has is probably one of the turning points in my life. |
