For the LEED House project, I wanted to create a building that would harness the wind for temperature control. The rooms in the house are split into two sides, with the Kitchen, Dining room and commons area on the left side while the bedrooms are on the right. Separated in the middle by a a courtyard that's meant to channel wind from the back of the house (facing away from the hill) to the front. The foils located behind the pool, besides acting as structural support and as guide for airflow, would also act as shutters in high winds to shield the courtyard area from too much discomfort. I wasn't able to finish this project during Quarantine as my copy of Revit wasn't compatible with the school file so these are the only photos I have of it.
